uwzględniając dyrektywę Rady 89/662/EWG z dnia 11 grudnia 1989 r. dotyczącą kontroli weterynaryjnych w handlu wewnątrzwspólnotowym w perspektywie wprowadzenia rynku wewnętrznego (1), w szczególności jej art. 9 ust. 4,

uwzględniając dyrektywę Rady 90/425/EWG z dnia 26 czerwca 1990 r. dotyczącą kontroli weterynaryjnych i zootechnicznych mających zastosowanie w handlu wewnątrzwspólnotowym niektórymi żywymi zwierzętami i produktami w perspektywie wprowadzenia rynku wewnętrznego (2), w szczególności jej art. 10 ust. 4,

uwzględniając dyrektywę Rady 2002/99/WE z dnia 16 grudnia 2002 r. ustanawiającą przepisy o wymaganiach zdrowotnych dla zwierząt regulujące produkcję, przetwarzanie, dystrybucję oraz wprowadzanie produktów pochodzenia zwierzęcego przeznaczonych do spożycia przez ludzi (3), w szczególności jej art. 4 ust. 3,

Załącznik do decyzji wykonawczej 2014/709/UE zastępuje się tekstem znajdującym się w załączniku do niniejszej decyzji.
