VERORDENING (EG) Nr. 1268/2008 VAN DE COMMISSIE
van 12 december 2008
tot wijziging van Verordening (EG) nr. 2368/2002 van de Raad tot uitvoering van de Kimberleyprocescertificering voor de internationale handel in ruwe diamant
DE COMMISSIE VAN DE EUROPESE GEMEENSCHAPPEN,
Gelet op het Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Gemeenschap,
Gelet op Verordening (EG) nr. 2368/2002 van de Raad van 20 december 2002 tot uitvoering van de Kimberleyprocescertificering voor de internationale handel in ruwe diamant (1), en met name op artikel 20,
Overwegende hetgeen volgt:

(1) |
De plenaire vergadering van de Kimberleyprocescertificering van Delhi heeft de lijst van deelnemers aangepast die voldoen aan de minimumvereisten van de Kimberleyprocescertificering. |
|
(2) |
De adressen van de bevoegde autoriteiten van een aantal deelnemers moeten worden geactualiseerd. |
|
(3) |
Bijlage II moet dienovereenkomstig worden gewijzigd, |
HEEFT DE VOLGENDE VERORDENING VASTGESTELD:
Artikel 1
Bijlage II bij Verordening (EG) nr. 2368/2002 wordt vervangen door Bijlage I bij deze verordening.
Artikel 2
Deze verordening treedt in werking op de dag volgende op die van haar bekendmaking in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie.
Deze verordening is verbindend in al haar onderdelen en is rechtstreeks toepasselijk in elke lidstaat.
