ņemot vērā Padomes Regulu (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 par Kimberlijas procesa sertifikācijas sistēmas īstenošanu starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā ar neapstrādātiem dimantiem (1), kurā jaunākie grozījumi izdarīti ar Komisijas Regulu (EK) Nr. 1458/2004 (2), un jo īpaši tās 20. pantu,

Ar šo Regulas (EK) Nr. 2368/2002 II pielikumu aizstāj ar šīs regulas pielikumu.

Šī regula stājas spēkā dienā, kad to publicē Eiropas Savienības Oficiālajā Vēstnesī.
