RÈGLEMENT D'EXÉCUTION (UE) N o 1116/2011 DE LA COMMISSION
du 31 octobre 2011
modifiant le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts
LA COMMISSION EUROPÉENNE,
vu le traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne,
vu le règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 du Conseil du 20 décembre 2002 mettant en œuvre le système de certification du processus de Kimberley pour le commerce international des diamants bruts (1), et notamment son article 20,
considérant ce qui suit:

Lors de la réunion plénière de Jérusalem de novembre 2010, les participants au processus de Kimberley ont approuvé à titre provisoire, par une décision adoptée en plénière, l’ajout du Swaziland à la liste des participants au processus de Kimberley, cette approbation devant être confirmée par un avis de la présidence du processus de Kimberley une fois que certaines questions en suspens ont été résolues. |

La présidence du processus de Kimberley a confirmé, par un avis le 30 mai 2011, que le Swaziland était désormais admis comme participant au processus de Kimberley. |

(3) |
Il convient de modifier en conséquence l'annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002, |
A ADOPTÉ LE PRÉSENT RÈGLEMENT:
Article premier
L'annexe II du règlement (CE) no 2368/2002 est remplacée par le texte de l'annexe du présent règlement.
Article 2
Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Le présent règlement est obligatoire dans tous ses éléments et directement applicable dans tout État membre.
