Artículo 213

Para la realización de las funciones que le son atribuidas, la Comisión podrá recabar todo tipo de informaciones y proceder a todas las comprobaciones necesarias, dentro de los límites y en las condiciones fijados por el Consejo, de conformidad con las disposiciones del presente Tratado.
