Appointment of the Hearing Officer

On 8 September 2010, the Commission appointed Mr Wouter WILS to the post of Hearing Officer, in accordance with Article 1 of the Commission Decision of 23 May 2001 on the terms of reference of Hearing Officers in certain competition cases (OJ L 162, 19.6.2001, p. 21).
