The Advisory Committee agrees with the European Commission on the basic amount of the fines for the companies concerned. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the European Commission on the increase of the basic amount due to aggravating circumstances. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that there is no reduction of the basic amount to be applied due to attenuating circumstances. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the reduction of the fines based on the 1996 Commission Notice on the non-imposition or reduction of fines in cartel cases. |

The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the final amounts of the fines. |
