Council Resolution of 21 April 1970 on an improved control of agricultural markets THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Has agreed to continue to take, as a priority, the necessary measures to ensure an improved control of the markets by a policy for agricultural production which will make it possible to limit budgetary charges. --------------------------------------------------
