Information concerning the date of entry into force of the Agreement amending for the second time the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement
The Agreement amending for the second time the Partnership Agreement between the African, Caribbean and Pacific States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000, as first revised in Luxembourg on 25 June 2005 (1), enters into force on 1 April 2017, in accordance with Article 93(3) of the Agreement, as the last instrument of ratification or approval was deposited on 27 January 2017.
