COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING DECISION (CFSP) 2017/1127

of 23 June 2017

implementing Decision 2010/413/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against Iran

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,

Having regard to Council Decision 2010/413/CFSP of 26 July 2010 concerning restrictive measures against Iran and repealing Common Position 2007/140/CFSP (1), and in particular Article 23(1) thereof,

Having regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Whereas:

On 26 July 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/413/CFSP.

(2)

In accordance with Article 23(1) of Decision 2010/413/CFSP, the Council is to implement modifications to Annexes I and III on the basis of the determinations made by the Security Council.

(3)

The Security Council decided to amend the identifying information of 23 persons and 14 entities listed in Annex I to Decision 2010/413/CFSP.

(4)

Decision 2010/413/CFSP should be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Article 1

Annex I to Decision 2010/413/CFSP is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
