Information concerning the date of entry into force of the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement The Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000(1), enters into force on 1 April 2003, in accordance with Article 93(3) of the Agreement, as the last instrument of ratification or approval was deposited on 27 February 2003.
