The publication of the reference concerning measuring instruments for liquids other than water (MI-005) in relation to OIML R117, edition 1995 (2), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication. EC type examination certificates issued on the basis of this normative document before its withdrawal remain valid until the end of their validity without any restriction on the placing on the market or the putting into use of instruments of this type.

The publication of the reference concerning automatic catchweighers (MI-006-II) in relation to OIML R51-1, edition 2006 (3), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication. EC type examination certificates issued on the basis of this normative document before its withdrawal remain valid until the end of their validity without any restriction on the placing on the market or the putting into use of instruments of this type.

The publication of the reference concerning automatic gravimetric filling devices (MI-006-III) in relation to OIML R61-1, edition 2004 (4), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication. EC type examination certificates issued on the basis of this normative document before its withdrawal remain valid until the end of their validity without any restriction on the placing on the market or the putting into use of instruments of this type.

The publication of the reference concerning discontinuous totalisers (MI-006-IV) in relation to OIML R107-1, edition 1997 (5), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication. EC type examination certificates issued on the basis of this normative document before its withdrawal remain valid until the end of their validity without any restriction on the placing on the market or the putting into use of instruments of this type.

The publication of the reference concerning continuous totalisers (MI-006-V) in relation to OIML R50-1, edition 1997 (6), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication. The publication of the reference concerning gas meters (MI-002) in relation to OIML R137-1, edition 2006 (9), is withdrawn as of 180 days after the date of this publication.
