NOTICE CONCERNING THE ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE TREATY OF ACCESSION
Subject to the ratification procedure, the Treaty of Accession will enter into force on 1 January 2007, unless a decision of the Council is taken under Article 4(2) thereof to postpone the date of accession for Bulgaria and/or Romania until 1 January 2008.
