1.

On 25 September 2015, the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which Triton Managers IV Limited and TFF IV Limited in their capacity as general partners of Triton Fund IV, part of the Triton Group (‘Triton’, Channel Islands), acquire within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation control of the whole of Imtech Nordic Group BV (the Netherlands) by way of purchase of shares.

The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:

—   for Triton: investment in medium sized businesses having their headquarters in Northern Europe, and in particular in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Nordic Countries

—   for Imtech Nordic Group: technical solutions for the installation and management/maintenance of electrical, heating, ventilation and plumbing systems in Finland, Norway and Sweden.

On preliminary examination, the Commission finds that the notified transaction could fall within the scope of the Merger Regulation. However, the final decision on this point is reserved.

The Commission invites interested third parties to submit their possible observations on the proposed operation to the Commission.
