In terms of restructuring, the recoupable funding is provided by the Minister for Finance from State resources i.e. the Central Fund. In terms of stabilisation, it is anticipated to levy the credit union sector in order to build up a stabilisation fund of up to €30 million over 6 years through a sector levy.
