- Target zone B: 1.1.2000 to 31.12.2006: 20 % NGE + 5 % gross for SMEs

- Target zone C: 1.1.2000 to 31.12.2006: 10 % NGE + 10 % gross for SMEs.

In addition it will be possible to give 5 % NGE extra in cases where one can expect an extraordinary regional impact, with exemption of aid in the three counties Hordaland, Rogaland and Vest-Agder
