By the Decree of the Minister for Economic Development of 28 July 2011, the authorisation of FARO Compagnia di Assicurazioni e Riassicurazioni SpA, of Rome, Viale Parioli 1/3, to carry out activities in all branches has been withdrawn within the meaning of Article 245 of Legislative Decree No 209 of 7 September 2005, and compulsory liquidation ordered.
