Commission inquiry in the pharmaceutical sector

On 15 January 2008, the Commission initiated an inquiry under Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 (Case COMP/39.514) in the pharmaceutical sector in the Community, relating to the introduction of innovative and generic medicines for human consumption onto the market. The text of the decision is made available on the official website of the Directorate-General for Competition.
