EFTA Surveillance Authority inquiry in the electricity sector

On 22 June the EFTA Surveillance Authority decided to open an inquiry under Article 17 of Chapter II of Protocol 4 to the Surveillance and Court Agreement (case 57828) into the electricity sector. The Advisory Committee expressed its favourable opinion. For information purposes the text of the decision is made available on the EFTA Surveillance Authority's official website www.eftasurv.int.
