Annual expenditure planned or total annual amount of aid: Annual expenditure is set by the budget approved every year by the Regional Council. It is anticipated that the annual financial package will amount to EUR 700 000, but this is merely an estimate.

Maximum aid intensity: EUR 25 000 of start-up aid to young farmers. This aid, which may be supplemented by aid under Regulation (EC) No 1257/99, may not exceed the limits set by Article 8(2) of this Regulation.

It is anticipated that the annual financial package will amount to EUR 300 000, but this is merely an estimate.

Maximum aid intensity: Maximum EUR 100 000 per beneficiary over a three-year period.

Date of implementation: 1 September 2004.

Duration of scheme or individual aid award: 31 December 2004.

The granting of aid will cease on the implementation date of application of Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of 28 January 2002.

Annual expenditure planned under the scheme or overall amount of individual aid granted to the company: The annual allocation of aid is set by the Financial Regulation, which is approved every year by the Regional Council. It is anticipated that the annual financial package will amount to EUR 200 000, but this is merely an estimate.

Maximum aid intensity:

1.

60 % of eligible expenditure.

2.

75 % of eligible expenditure in less-favoured areas.

The proportion of aid may be raised to 100 % of added costs incurred by restoration work using traditional materials in order to preserve the architectural features of the building.

The exact amount is laid down each year in the budget of the Regional Executive of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano.

Maximum aid intensity: Single premium of EUR 30 000,00 for setting up

Duration of scheme or individual aid award: The aid scheme will remain in force until it is abolished.
