Notice concerning anti-dumping measures in force in respect of imports into the Community of polyester yarn originating, inter alia, in Turkey: modification of the name of a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty rate (2001/C 143/02) Imports of polyester yarn originating, inter alia, in Turkey are subject to definitive anti-dumping measures, imposed by Council Regulation (EC) No 3905/88(1). Sasa Artificial and Synthetic Fibres Inc., a Turkish company whose exports to the Community of polyester yarn are subject to an individual duty rate of 3,3 % and 8,7 % for POY and PTY respectively by the aforementioned Regulation, has informed the Commission that it has changed its name to Sasa Dupont Sabanci Polyester Sanayi AS with effect from 1 August 2000. The Commission has examined the information supplied, which demonstrates that all the company's activities linked to the manufacturing, sales and exports of polyester yarn are unaffected by the change of name. The Commission is satisfied that the change of name in no way affects the findings contained in Regulation (EC) No 3905/88 or in Regulation (EC) No 1074/96(2) and therefore concludes that the change of name should not prejudice the right of the company to benefit from the individual duty rates applied to the company under its previous name of Sasa Artificial and Synthetic Fibres Inc. Hence, the reference to Sasa Artificial and Synthetic Fibres Inc., Adana, should be read as Sasa Dupont Sabanci Polyester Sanayi AS in Articles 1 and 2 of Regulation (EC) No 3905/88 with effect from 1 August 2000. The TARIC additional codes 8895 for POY and 8166 for PTY previously attributed to Sasa Artificial and Synthetic Fibres Inc. remains applicable to it under the new name, Sasa Dupont Sabanci Polyester Sanayi AS.
