Aktualisierung der Liste der Grenzübergangsstellen gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 8 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/399 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates über einen Gemeinschaftskodex für das Überschreiten der Grenzen durch Personen (Schengener Grenzkodex) (1)

Die Veröffentlichung der Liste der Grenzübergangsstellen gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 8 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/399 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 9. März 2016 über einen Gemeinschaftskodex für das Überschreiten der Grenzen durch Personen (Schengener Grenzkodex) (2), erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Angaben, die die Mitgliedstaaten der Kommission gemäß Artikel 39 des Schengener Grenzkodexes mitteilen.

Neben der Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt wird eine monatlich aktualisierte Fassung auf die Webseite der Generaldirektion „Inneres“ gestellt.
