Offentliggørelsen af denne liste er i henhold til artikel 22(2) i Rådets forordning (EF) nr. 1005/2008 af 29. september 2008 (1). De bemyndigede myndigheder er meddelt I henhold til følgende artikler i den forordning.

Artikel 15.1: Fangster taget af fiskerfartøjer, der fører en medlemsstats flag, kan kun eksporteres, hvis de kompetente myndigheder i flagmedlemsstaten har valideret fangstattesten, jf. artikel 12, stk. 4, hvis det kræves inden for rammerne af det i artikel 20, stk. 4, fastsatte samarbejde.

Artikel 15.2: Flagmedlemsstaterne meddeler Kommissionen, hvilke myndigheder der er kompetente til at validere fangstattester som omhandlet i stk. 1.

b)	Artikel 17.8: Medlemsstaterne meddeler Kommissionen, hvilke myndigheder der er kompetente til at kontrollere og verificere fangstattester i overensstemmelse med artikel 16 og stk. 1-6 i nærværende artikel.

c)	Artikel 21.3: Medlemsstaterne meddeler Kommissionen, hvilke myndigheder der er kompetente til at validere og verificere afsnittet om »reeksport« i fangstattesterne efter proceduren i artikel 15.
