What is EUR-Lex Advanced Search?
The advanced search service provides an interface designed to enable professionals to fully exploit the database's rich legal data through flexible search and display modules, a wide range of Boolean operators and full access to EUR-Lex indexed headings.

Who should use this service?
The advanced search service was developed for the needs of professional users who are familiar with EC law and advanced search techniques. All the linguistic databases are searchable, even if sometimes screens have not yet been translated completely into all Community languages.

Security warning
The advanced search interface incorporates Java applets, small programs that interpret and send your search requests to the host computer and retrieve the results. If you are in doubt on how to proceed, you may wish to contact your network administrator. If your PC uses a Java/Sun environment earlier than version 1.5, the applet may freeze in certain situations. Please contact the EUR-Lex helpdesk for more information.
