This search allows you to find case-law in EUR-Lex by using the name of any of the parties to the case; an EU institution or authority, Member State, natural or legal person. An extra drop-down menu has now been added to quickly search by EU institution.

To use this feature, click on Simple search, then choose Case-law. On the Search in the case-law screen choose an option in the first column and then Parties in the second column. You can then select a party from a drop-down menu or write the name yourself. It is also possible to define the role of the party.
