Access to SEC documents
EUR-Lex now offers access to SEC documents. These are internal documents associated with the decision-making process and the general operation of Commission departments.
A new link on the preparatory acts page takes you to the SEC documents section which lists the latest documents made available and offers not only direct access but also access by browsing.
Use direct access when you have the year and the number of the document. Example: SEC (2008) 2631. You can also look for documents by selecting a year and then a month. A list of the published documents will be displayed.
Most SEC documents are available in the working languages of the Commission and/or in the language of the member state concerned.
