Newsletter 12/05/2006
The site was recently updated. These are the highlights of the new release:
OJ in the new official languages: The Special editions of the Official Journal in Czech, Estonian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Slovakian and Slovene are now available on EUR-Lex. Therefore, the link to the provisional versions will soon be removed.
Browsing through Case-law: Information on the parties is displayed when you browse through the most recent Case-law of the Court of Justice.
N-Lex: you may search official legislative sites of 22 Member States of the European Union using a single uniform search template (http://n-lex.europa.eu). You don't have to be familiar with the language of the national site nor with the way the site is organised. The search template offers the different search fields available for each site. It is available in eleven official languages: Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. N-Lex is free of charge.
Coming soon on EUR-Lex:
- Enlargement 2007: provisional versions of secondary legislation in Bulgarian and Romanian will soon be available on EUR-Lex.
- Change your profile: you will be able to define replacement languages for documents which do not exist in the language of your choice and to determine the number of documents to be displayed by page.
