Enlargement 2013: Croatia
In preparation for the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union, secondary legislation in force at the date of accession is being translated into Croatian and will gradually be published in the Special edition of the Official Journal of the European Union.
Pending publication in the Special edition, this page gives access to provisional texts already available in Croatian; they have been authenticated by the legal services of the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament and the European Commission. Until the entry into force of the Council Regulation on the electronic publication of the Official Journal of the European Union on 1 July 2013, only texts published in the paper version of the Special edition are deemed authentic.
