amending Decision 2011/72/CFSP concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Tunisia

SVET EVROPSKE UNIJE JE –
|
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
|
|
ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o Evropski uniji, zlasti člena 29 Pogodbe,
|
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,
|
|
ob upoštevanju naslednjega:
|
Whereas:
|
|
(1) Svet je 31. januarja 2011 sprejel Sklep 2011/72/SZVP [1].
|
(1) On 31 January 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/72/CFSP [1].
|
|
(2) Na podlagi pregleda Sklepa 2011/72/SZVP bi bilo treba podaljšati veljavnost omejevalnih ukrepov do 31. januarja 2013.
|
(2) On the basis of a review of Decision 2011/72/CFSP, the restrictive measures should be extended until 31 January 2013.
|
|
(3) Sklep 2011/72/SZVP bi bilo treba ustrezno spremeniti –
|
(3) Decision 2011/72/CFSP should be amended accordingly,
|
|
SPREJEL NASLEDNJI SKLEP:

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Člen 5 Sklepa 2011/72/SZVP se nadomesti z naslednjim:

Article 5 of Decision 2011/72/CFSP is replaced by the following:

Ta sklep se uporablja do 31. januarja 2013. Redno se ga pregleduje. Kadar Svet meni, da cilji tega sklepa niso bili doseženi, lahko ustrezno podaljša njegovo veljavnost ali sprejme spremembe sklepa."

This Decision shall apply until 31 January 2013. It shall be kept under constant review. It may be renewed or amended, as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.".

Ta sklep začne veljati na dan sprejetja.
|
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
