THE EUROPEAN COUNCIL,

ob upoštevanju Pogodbe o delovanju Evropske unije in zlasti členov 283(2) in 139(2)(h) Pogodbe in ob upoštevanju členov 11.2 in 42.3 Protokola o Statutu Evropskega sistema centralnih bank in Evropske centralne banke,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Articles 283(2) and 139(2)(h) thereof, and having regard to Articles 11.2 and 42.3 of the Protocol on the Statute of the European System of Central Banks and of the European Central Bank,

ob upoštevanju priporočila Sveta [1],

Having regard to the Recommendation of the Council [1],
|
|
ob upoštevanju mnenja Evropskega parlamenta [2],
|
Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament [2],
|

ob upoštevanju mnenja Sveta Evropske centralne banke [3] –

Having regard to the Opinion of the Governing Council of the European Central Bank [3],

SPREJEL NASLEDNJI SKLEP:

G.Vítor CONSTÂNCIO se imenuje za podpredsednika Evropske centralne banke za mandat osmih let.
|
Mr Vítor CONSTÂNCIO is hereby appointed Vice-President of the European Central Bank for a term of office of 8 years.
|

To imenovanje začne učinkovati 1. junija 2010.
|
This appointment takes effect from 1 June 2010.
|
