Tendo em conta o artigo 132.o da Convenção de aplicação do Acordo de Schengen em relação com a decisão do Comité Executivo de 16 de Setembro de 1998,

Having regard to Article 132 of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement in conjunction with the Executive Committee Decision of 16 September 1998,

DECIDE:

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Em conformidade com o mandato conferido pelo Comité Executivo, a 16 de Setembro de 1998, o plano de acção relativo à implementação de medidas com vista a lutar contra a imigração ilegal [SCH/Com-ex (98) 37, 5.a rev.] entra em vigor, na sua versão revista e definitiva, tal como apresentada em anexo [SCH/Com-ex (98) 37 def.].

The revised and finalised version of the action plan annexed hereto concerning measures to combat illegal immigration (SCH/Com-ex (98) 37def.) shall be brought into force pursuant to the mandate from the Executive Committee of 16 September 1998.
