Tendo em conta o Tratado que institui a Comunidade Europeia,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Tendo em conta o Regulamento (CE) n.o 881/2002 do Conselho, de 27 de Maio de 2002, que institui certas medidas restritivas específicas contra determinadas pessoas e entidades associadas a Osama bin Laden, à rede Al-Qaida e aos talibã, e que revoga o Regulamento (CE) n.o 467/2001 que proíbe a exportação de certas mercadorias e de certos serviços para o Afeganistão, reforça a proibição de voos e prorroga o congelamento de fundos e de outros recursos financeiros aplicável aos talibã do Afeganistão(1), com a última redacção que lhe foi dada pelo Regulamento (CE) n.o 561/2003(2), e nomeadamente o n.o 1, segundo travessão, do seu artigo 7.o,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 467/2001 of 27 May 2002 prohibiting the export of certain goods and services to Afghanistan, strengthening the flight ban and extending the freeze of funds and other financial resources in respect of the Taliban of Afghanistan(1), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 561/2003(2), and in particular Article 7(1), second indent, thereof,

Considerando o seguinte:

Whereas:

(1) O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 881/2002 contém a lista das autoridades competentes às quais devem ser enviadas as informações e os pedidos relativos às medidas impostas pelo referido regulamento.

(1) Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 lists the competent authorities to whom information and requests concerning the measures imposed by that Regulation should be sent.

(2) Os Países Baixos, a Suécia e o Reino Unido solicitaram que os endereços das respectivas autoridades competentes fossem alterados. Na sequência de mudanças verificadas a nível do pessoal, o endereço da Comissão deve ser alterado,

ADOPTOU O PRESENTE REGULAMENTO:

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

Artigo 1.o

Article 1

O anexo II do Regulamento (CE) n.o 881/2002 é alterado em conformidade com o anexo do presente regulamento.

Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is hereby amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Artigo 2.o

Article 2

O presente regulamento entra em vigor no dia seguinte ao da sua publicação no Jornal Oficial da União Europeia.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

O presente regulamento é obrigatório em todos os seus elementos e directamente aplicável em todos os Estados-Membros.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
