Gelet op artikel 6, eerste alinea, van het Protocol dat bij het Verdrag van Amsterdam aan het Verdrag betreffende de Europese Unie en het Verdrag tot oprichting van de Europese Gemeenschap is gehecht, tot opneming van het Schengenacquis in het kader van de Europese Unie,

Having regard to Article 6(1) of the Protocol, annexed by the Treaty of Amsterdam to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty establishing the European Community integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union;

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

De overeenkomst met de Republiek IJsland en het Koninkrijk Noorwegen inzake de wijze waarop IJsland en Noorwegen worden betrokken bij de uitvoering, de toepassing en de ontwikkeling van het Schengenacquis, met inbegrip van de bijlagen, de slotakte, de verklaringen en de aangehechte briefwisseling, wordt goedgekeurd.

The Agreement with the Republic of Iceland and the Kingdom of Norway concerning the latters' association with the implementation, application and development of the Schengen acquis, including the Annexes, its Final Act, Declarations and the Exchanges of Letters annexed thereto are hereby approved.
|
|
De in de eerste alinea bedoelde teksten zijn aan dit besluit gehecht.
|
The text of the acts referred to in the first subparagraph is attached to this Decision.
