Az Európai Gazdasági Közösség és az Izrael Állam között megkötött megállapodás 1. számú jegyzőkönyvének 9. cikke értelmében, és az ex20089250, az ex20089271 és az ex20089279 KN-kódok alá tartozó, és az Izraelből származó tartósított gyümölcssaláta Közösségbe történő behozatalaira irányadó feltételekre vonatkozó információcserét követően, megtiszteltetés számomra, hogy arról tájékoztathatom, hogy Izrael vállalja, hogy megtesz minden szükséges intézkedést annak biztosítására, hogy minden évben január 1-től december 31-ig a Közösségbe vitt mennyiségek ne haladják meg a 220 tonnát.

In pursuance of Article 9 of Protocol N° 1 to the Agreement concluded between the European Economic Community and the State of Israel, and following the clarifications exchanged concerning the conditions governing imports into the Community of preserved fruit salads falling within CN codes ex 2008 92 50, ex 2008 92 71 and ex 2008 92 79 and originating in Israel, I have the honour to inform you that Israel undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that the quantities supplied to the Community from 1 January to 31 December of each year will not exceed 220 tonnes.

E célból, az izraeli Kormány kinyilvánítja, hogy az említett termékeknek a Közösségbe történő minden kivitelét kizárólag olyan exportőrök fogják végezni, akik tevékenységeit az Izraeli Kereskedelmi és Ipari Minisztérium ellenőrzi.
|
To this end the Government of the State of Israel declares that all exports to the Community of the products concerned will be effected exclusively by exporters whose operations are controlled by the Israeli Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
|
|
A mennyiségekhez kapcsolódó garanciák a Minisztérium és az Európai Közösségek Bizottságának Mezőgazdasági Főigazgatósága között egyeztetett eljárásokkal összhangban fognak megvalósulni.
|
The guarantees relating to quantities will be met in accordance with the procedures agreed between that Ministry and the Directorate-General for Agriculture of the Commission of the European Communities.
|
|
E levélváltás formájában kötött megállapodás hatályban marad mindaddig, amíg azt az egyik fél fel nem mondja, amely felmondást minden év szeptember 30. előtt kell megtenni.
|
This Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters shall remain in force until denounced by one of the Parties, which denunciation must be made before 30 September of each year.
|
|
Hálás lennék, ha megerősítené a Közösség egyetértését a fentiekkel.
|
I should be grateful if you would confirm the agreement of the Community with the foregoing.
