COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 2772/95 of 30 November 1995 replacing the values in ecus in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2078/92 on agricultural production methods compatible with the requirements of the protection of the environment and the maintenance of the countryside

KOMMISSIONENS FÖRORDNING (EG) nr 2772/95 av den 30 november 1995 om ändring av ecuvärdena i rådets förordning (EEG) nr 2078/92 om produktionsmetoder inom jordbruket som är anpassade till de krav som skyddet av miljön och vidmakthållandet av natur- och kulturlandskapet ställer

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

EUROPEISKA GEMENSKAPERNAS KOMMISSION HAR ANTAGIT DENNA FÖRORDNING

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 3813/92 of 28 December 1992 on the unit of account and the conversion rates to be applied for the purposes of the common agricultural policy (1), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 150/95 (2),

med beaktande av Fördraget om upprättandet av Europeiska gemenskapen,

Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93 of 30 April 1993 on detailed rules for determining and applying the agricultural conversion rates (3), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1053/95 (4), and in particular Article 18 (2) thereof,

med beaktande av rådets förordning (EEG) nr 3813/92 av den 28 december 1992 om den beräkningsenhet och de omräkningskurser som skall tillämpas inom den gemensamma jordbrukspolitiken (1), senast ändrad genom förordning (EG) nr 150/95 (2),

Whereas with effect from 1 February 1995, Article 13 (2) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 3813/92 alters the value in ecus of certain prices and amounts in order to neutralize the effects of the abolition of the corrective factor of 1,207509 which until 31 January 1995 affected the conversion rates used for agriculture;

med beaktande av kommissionens förordning (EEG) nr 1068/93 av den 30 april 1993 om närmare föreskrifter för fastställande och tillämpning av jordbruksomräkningskurserna (3), senast ändrad genom förordning (EG) nr 1053/95 (4), särskilt artikel 18.2 i denna, och

Whereas the new values in ecus of the prices and amounts concerned have been established as of 1 February 1995 according to the rules laid down in Article 13 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 3813/92 and Article 18 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93;

med beaktande av följande:

Whereas, in accordance with Article 18 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93, in order to avoid confusion and to facilitate the application of the common agricultural policy, the values in ecus of the amounts given in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2078/92 (5), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden, which apply at least from:

Genom artikel 13.2 i förordning (EEG) nr 3813/92 har från och med den 1 februari 1995 värdet i ecu för vissa priser och belopp ändrats i syfte att neutralisera effekterna av korrektionsfaktorn 1,207509, som till och med den 31 januari 1995 tillämpas på jordbruksomräkningskurserna.

- 1 January 1996 for amounts which are not affected by a marketing year,

De nya värdena i ecu för de berörda beloppen har fastställts från och med den 1 februari 1995 enligt de regler som anges i artikel 13.2 i förordning (EEG) nr 3813/92 och artikel 18.1 i förordning (EEG) nr 1068/93.

- the beginning of the 1996 marketing year in the case of amounts for which the marketing year begins in January 1996, and - the beginning of the 1995/96 marketing year in the other cases,

För att undvika förvirring och underlätta tillämpningen av den gemensamma jordbrukspolitiken är det lämpligt att i enlighet med artikel 18.2 i förordning (EEG) nr 1068/93 ersätta värdena i ecu för de belopp i rådets förordning (EEG) nr 2078/92 (5), senast ändrad genom Anslutningsakten för Österrike, Finland och Sverige, som åtminstone skall tillämpas från och med

and which are among the legal instruments coming into force before 1 February 1995, should be replaced,

- den 1 januari 1996 för de belopp som inte berörs av ett regleringsår,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

- början av regleringsåret 1996 för de belopp vars regleringsår börjar i januari 1996,

- början av regleringsåret 1995/96 i andra fall,

som är angivna i akter som trätt i kraft före den 1 februari 1995.

Article 1

HÄRIGENOM FÖRESKRIVS FÖLJANDE.

As a consequence of the adjustment with effect from 1 February 1995, pursuant to Article 13 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 3813/92 and to Article 18 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 1068/93, on the amounts in ecus in Regulation (EEC) No 2078/92, the latter shall be amended as laid down in Article 2 hereof.

Article 2

Artikel 1

Regulation (EEC) No 2078/92 is amended as follows:

Till följd av den justering som från och med den 1 februari 1995 i enlighet med artikel 13.2 i förordning (EEG) nr 3813/92 och artikel 18.1 i förordning (EEG) nr 1068/93 har gjorts av ecubeloppen i förordning (EEG) nr 2078/92 skall den förordningen ändras i enlighet med artikel 2.

1. in Article 4 (2) the amount 'ECU 150` is replaced by 'ECU 181,1`; the amounts 'ECU 250` are replaced by 'ECU 301,9`; the amount 'ECU 100` is replaced by 'ECU 120,8`; the amount 'ECU 400` is replaced by 'ECU 483,0`; the amount 'ECU 1 000` is replaced by 'ECU 1 208`; the amount 'ECU 700` is replaced by 'ECU 845,3` and the amount 'ECU 600` is replaced by 'ECU 724,5`;

2. in Article 4 (3) the amount 'ECU 350` is replaced by 'ECU 422,6`;

Artikel 2

3. in Article 6 (1) the amount 'ECU 2 500` is replaced by 'ECU 3 019`.

Förordning (EEG) nr 2078/92 ändras enligt följande:

1. I artikel 4.2 skall beloppet "150 ecu" ersättas med "181,1 ecu", beloppet "250 ecu" ersättas med "301,9 ecu", beloppet "100 ecu" ersättas med "120,8 ecu", beloppet "400 ecu" ersättas med "483,0 ecu", beloppet "1 000 ecu" ersättas med "1 208 ecu", beloppet "700 ecu" ersättas med "845,3 ecu" och beloppet "600 ecu" ersättas med "724,5 ecu".

Article 3

2. I artikel 4.3 skall beloppet "350 ecu" ersättas med "422,6 ecu".

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

3. I artikel 6.1 skall beloppet "2 500 ecu" ersättas med "3 019 ecu".

It shall apply, for each amount in question, from the date on which an agricultural conversion rate fixed on or after 1 February 1995 is first applied.

Artikel 3

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Denna förordning träder i kraft den sjunde dagen efter det att den har offentliggjorts i Europeiska gemenskapernas officiella tidning.

Den skall för varje belopp som berörs tillämpas från och med dagen för den första tillämpningen av en jordbruksomräkningskurs som fastställts från och med den 1 februari 1995.
