THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

EUROPEISKA UNIONENS RÅD HAR BESLUTAT FÖLJANDE

Having regard to Article 6(1) of the Protocol, annexed by the Treaty of Amsterdam to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty establishing the European Community integrating the Schengen acquis into the framework of the European Union;

med beaktande av artikel 6 första stycket i det protokoll om införlivande av Schengenregelverket inom Europeiska unionens ramar som genom Amsterdamfördraget fogas till Fördraget om Europeiska unionen och Fördraget om upprättandet av Europeiska gemenskapen.

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

The Agreement with the Republic of Iceland and the Kingdom of Norway concerning the latters' association with the implementation, application and development of the Schengen acquis, including the Annexes, its Final Act, Declarations and the Exchanges of Letters annexed thereto are hereby approved.

Härmed godkänns avtalet med Republiken Island och Konungariket Norge om dessa båda staters associering till genomförandet, tillämpningen och utvecklingen av Schengenregelverket, inklusive de bilagor, den slutakt, de förklaringar och de skriftväxlingar som bifogas avtalet.

The text of the acts referred to in the first subparagraph is attached to this Decision.

Texten till de rättsakter som avses i första stycket bifogas detta beslut.
