Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
|
med beaktande av Fördraget om upprättandet av Europeiska ekonomiska gemenskapen,
|
|
Having regard to Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment (1), and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof,
|
med beaktande av rådets direktiv 91/271/EEG av den 21 maj 1991 om rening av avloppsvatten från tätbebyggelse(1), särskilt artikel 17.4 i detta, och
|
|
Whereas the Member States are required to draw up a report concerning their national programme for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on the basis of formats drawn up by the Commission according to the procedure set out by Article 18 of this Directive;
|
med beaktande av följande:
|
|
Whereas, the measures envisaged by this Decision are in accordance with the opinion expressed by the Committee established by Article 18 of the said Directive,
|
Medlemsstaterna är skyldiga att lämna rapporter om sina nationella program för genomförande av rådets direktiv 91/271/EEG. Formen för denna rapportering utarbetas av kommissionen i enlighet med artikel 18 i samma direktiv.
|
|
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
|
De bestämmelser som föreskrivs i detta beslut är förenliga med yttrandet från den kommitté som inrättats genom artikel 18 i ovan nämnda direktiv.
