COMMISSION DECISION of 28 July 1993 concerning formats for the presentation of national programmes as foreseen by Article 17 of Council Directive 91/271/EEC

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment (1), and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof,

Whereas the Member States are required to draw up a report concerning their national programme for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on the basis of formats drawn up by the Commission according to the procedure set out by Article 18 of this Directive;
|
KOMISIA EURÓPSKYCH SPOLOČENSTIEV,
|
|
Whereas, the measures envisaged by this Decision are in accordance with the opinion expressed by the Committee established by Article 18 of the said Directive,
|
so zreteľom na Zmluvu o založení Európskeho hospodárskeho spoločenstva,
|
|
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
|
so zreteľom na smernicu Rady 91/271/EHS z 21.mája 1991 o čistení komunálnych odpadových vôd [1], najmä na jej článok 17 ods. 4,
|
|
|
keďže sa od členských štátov požaduje vypracovanie správ o ich národných programoch vykonávania smernice Rady 91/271/EHS na základe formátov vypracovaných Komisiou podľa postupu stanoveného článkom 18 tejto smernice;
|
|

keďže opatrenia zamýšľané touto smernicou sú v súlade so stanoviskom vyjadreným výborom založeným podľa článku 18 danej smernice,

|
The formats contained in the Annex are hereby adopted.
|
