THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE,

COMITETUL EXECUTIV,

Having regard to Article 132 of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement,

având în vedere articolul 132 din Convenția de punere în aplicare a Acordului Schengen,

Having regard to Article (92)3 of the abovementioned Convention,

având în vedere articolul 92 alineatul (3) din convenția menționată anterior,

Having regard to the Decision of the Executive Committee on the revision and extension of the C.SIS (SCH/Com-ex (97) 24),

având în vedere Decizia Comitetului executiv privind revizuirea și extinderea C.SIS [SCH/Com-ex (97) 24],

Having regard to the opinions of the technical groups, approved by the Central Group at its meeting on 30 March 1998,

având în vedere avizele grupurilor tehnice, aprobate de grupul central în întâlnirea din 30 martie 1998,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

DECIDE:

C.SIS revizuit asigură optsprezece conexiuni – cincisprezece conexiuni pentru statele semnatare și trei conexiuni tehnice de rezervă.

The revised C.SIS shall provide eighteen connections - fifteen connections for the Signatory States and three reserve technical connections.
