THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

având în vedere Tratatul de instituire a Comunității Europene,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,
|
având în vedere Directiva 1999/31/CE a Consiliului din 26 aprilie 1999 privind depozitele de deșeuri [1], în special articolul 15,
|
|
Having regard to Council Directive 1999/31/EC of 26 April 1999 on the landfill of waste(1), in particular Article 15,
|
întrucât:
|
|
Whereas:
|
(1) Articolul 15 din Directiva 1999/31/CE impune statelor membre să transmită Comisiei un raport cu privire la punerea în aplicare a prezentei directive.
|
|
(1) Article 15 of Directive 1999/31/EC requires Member States to send to the Commission a report on the implementation of this Directive.
|
(2) Raportul este elaborat pe baza unui chestionar sau a unei scheme întocmite de Comisie în conformitate cu procedura prevăzută la articolul 6 din Directiva 91/692/CEE [2] a Consiliului.
|
|
(2) This report shall be drawn up on the basis of a questionnaire or outline drafted by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 6 of Council Directive 91/692/EEC(2).
|
(3) Primul raport acoperă perioada de la 16 iulie 2001 până în 2003.
|
|
(3) The first report will cover the period from 16 July 2001 to 2003.
|
(4) Măsurile prevăzute de prezenta decizie sunt conforme cu avizul comitetului instituit în conformitate cu articolul 6 din Directiva 91/692/CEE,
|
|
(4) The measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established in accordance with Article 6 of Directive 91/692/EEC,

ADOPTĂ PREZENTA DECIZIE:

HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:

Se adoptă chestionarul din anexă prin prezenta decizie.

The questionnaire in the Annex is hereby adopted.
|
Prezenta decizie se adresează statelor membre.
