COMMISSION DECISION of 28 July 1993 concerning formats for the presentation of national programmes as foreseen by Article 17 of Council Directive 91/271/EEC

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

dotycząca formatu prezentacji narodowych programów zgodnie z art. 17 dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG

Having regard to Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment (1), and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof,
|

Whereas the Member States are required to draw up a report concerning their national programme for the implementation of Council Directive 91/271/EEC on the basis of formats drawn up by the Commission according to the procedure set out by Article 18 of this Directive;
|
KOMISJA WSPÓLNOT EUROPEJSKICH,
|
|
Whereas, the measures envisaged by this Decision are in accordance with the opinion expressed by the Committee established by Article 18 of the said Directive,
|
uwzględniając Traktat ustanawiający Europejską Wspólnotę Gospodarczą,
|
|
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
|
uwzględniając dyrektywę Rady 91/271/EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącą oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych [1], w szczególności jej art. 17 ust. 4,
|
|
|
a także mając na uwadze, co następuje:
|
|
Article 1
|
Państwa Członkowskie są zobowiązane do przygotowania sprawozdania dotyczącego ich narodowych programów w celu wykonania dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG na podstawie formatów przygotowanych przez Komisję zgodnie z procedurą ustanowioną w art. 18 niniejszej dyrektywy;

The formats contained in the Annex are hereby adopted.
|
środki przewidziane w niniejszej dyrektywie są zgodne z opinią komitetu utworzonego na mocy art. 18 powyższej dyrektywy,

|
