These rates are fixed on the basis of the method for setting and updating the reference/discount rates published in the Official Journal C 273, 9.9.1997, p. 3. Technical adaptations to this method were made by Commission notice published in Official Journal C 241, 26.8.1999, p. 9. This is the first time this method is applied for Poland and the Czech Republic.

Tali tassi sono stabiliti utilizzando il metodo di fissazione e di aggiornamento dei tassi di riferimento e di attualizzazione pubblicati nella Gazzetta ufficiale C 273, del 9.9.1997, pag. 3. Gli adeguamenti tecnici di tale metodo sono stati effettuati mediante la comunicazione della Commissione pubblicata nella Gazzetta ufficiale C 241, del 26.8.1999, pag. 9. Questa รจ la prima volta che tale metodo viene applicato alla Polonia e alla Repubblica Ceca.

For Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia, the method is not applicable due to the unavailability of inter-banking swap rates for their currencies. For these Member states the reference/discount rate is still this which was communicated by these Member States for use at the moment of accession.
|
Per quanto concerne Estonia, Cipro, Lettonia, Lituania, Ungheria, Malta, Slovacchia, e Slovenia, il metodo non risulta applicabile in quanto i tassi swap interbancari delle rispettive monete non sono disponibili. Il tasso di riferimento/attuazione rimane quello che tali Stati hanno comunicato al momento dell'adesione.
