Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 of 27 June 2005 concerning trade in certain goods which could be used for capital punishment, torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment [1], and in particular Article 12(1) thereof,

Visto el Reglamento (CE) no 1236/2005 del Consejo, de 27 de junio de 2005, sobre el comercio de determinados productos que pueden utilizarse para aplicar la pena de muerte o infligir tortura u otros tratos o penas crueles, inhumanos o degradantes [1], y, en particular, su artículo 12, apartado 1,

Whereas:

Considerando lo siguiente:

(1) Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 lists the competent authorities to which specific functions related to the implementation of that Regulation are attributed.
|
(1) El anexo I del Reglamento (CE) no 1236/2005 enumera las autoridades competentes encargadas de tareas específicas vinculadas a la aplicación del presente Reglamento.
|
|
(2) Further to a request made by Estonia the information concerning the competent authority in Estonia should be amended,
|
(2) A instancia de Estonia, la información relativa a la autoridad competente en Estonia deberá modificarse.
|
|
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:
|

Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1236/2005 is hereby amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
|
El anexo I del Reglamento (CE) no 1236/2005 queda modificado de acuerdo con lo establecido en el anexo del presente Reglamento.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
|
El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor el tercer día siguiente al de su publicación en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea.
|
|
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
|
El presente Reglamento será obligatorio en todos sus elementos y directamente aplicable en cada Estado miembro.
|
|
