Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,
|
gestützt auf den Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs [1], and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 7(4) thereof,
|
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 des Rates vom 20. März 2006 zum Schutz von geografischen Angaben und Ursprungsbezeichnungen für Agrarerzeugnisse und Lebensmittel [1], insbesondere auf Artikel 7 Absatz 4 Unterabsatz 1,

Whereas:
|
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:
|
|
(1) Pursuant to the first subparagraph of Article 6(2) and in accordance with Article 17(2) of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006, Poland’s application to register the name "Kiełbasa lisiecka" was published in the Official Journal of the European Union [2].
|
(1) Der Antrag Polens auf Eintragung der Bezeichnung "Kiełbasa lisiecka" wurde gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 2 Unterabsatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 und unter Anwendung von deren Artikel 17 Absatz 2 im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union veröffentlicht [2].

(2) As no statement of objection under Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 has been received by the Commission, that name should therefore be entered in the register,
|
(2) Da bei der Kommission kein Einspruch gemäß Artikel 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 eingegangen ist, ist diese Bezeichnung einzutragen —
|

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:

The name contained in the Annex to this Regulation is hereby entered in the register.
|
Die im Anhang dieser Verordnung genannte Bezeichnung wird eingetragen.
|

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
|
Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
|
|
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
|
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
|
|
