Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

gestützt auf den Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 of 27 May 2002 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida network and the Taliban, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 467/2001 prohibiting the export of certain goods and services to Afghanistan, strengthening the flight ban and extending the freeze of funds and other financial resources in respect of the Taliban of Afghanistan, [1] and in particular Articles 7(1)(a) and 7a(5) [2] thereof,

gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 881/2002 des Rates vom 27. Mai 2002 über die Anwendung bestimmter spezifischer restriktiver Maßnahmen gegen bestimmte Personen und Organisationen, die mit Osama bin Laden, dem Al-Qaida-Netzwerk und den Taliban in Verbindung stehen, und zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 467/2001 des Rates über das Verbot der Ausfuhr bestimmter Waren und Dienstleistungen nach Afghanistan, über die Ausweitung des Flugverbots und des Einfrierens von Geldern und anderen Finanzmitteln betreffend die Taliban von Afghanistan [1], insbesondere auf Artikel 7 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a und Artikel 7a Absatz 5 [2],

Whereas:

in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:

(1) Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 lists the persons, groups and entities covered by the freezing of funds and economic resources under that Regulation.

(1) Anhang I der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 881/2002 enthält die Liste der Personen, Gruppen und Organisationen, deren Gelder und wirtschaftliche Ressourcen mit der Verordnung eingefroren werden.

(2) On 27 and 29 July 2010 the Sanctions Committee of the United Nations Security Council decided to remove five persons and eight entities from its list of persons, groups and entities to whom the freezing of funds and economic resources should apply.

(2) Am 27. und am 29. Juli 2010 hat der Sanktionsausschuss des Sicherheitsrates der Vereinten Nationen beschlossen, fünf natürliche Personen und acht Organisationen aus seiner Liste der Personen, Gruppen und Organisationen, deren Gelder und wirtschaftliche Ressourcen einzufrieren sind, zu streichen.

(3) Annex I should therefore be amended accordingly,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:

Article 1

Artikel 1

Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 is hereby amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Anhang I der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 881/2002 wird nach Maßgabe des Anhangs der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Artikel 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat.
