THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN COAL AND STEEL COMMUNITY, MEETING WITHIN THE COUNCIL, HAVE DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

REPRAESENTANTERNE FOR REGERINGERNE FOR DET EUROPAEISKE KUL- OG STAALFAELLESSKABS MEDLEMSSTATER, FORSAMLET I RAADET, HAR TRUFFET FOELGENDE AFGOERELSE -

From 1 January 1988, the customs nomenclature common to the Member States and the conventional duties applicable in respect of products coming under the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community shall be as shown in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (1).

Artikel 1

The nomenclature and duties referred to above shall be interpreted and applied as provided in the preliminary provisions of the combined nomenclature (CN), as reproduced in Annex I to that Regulation.

Toldnomenklaturen, som er faelles for medlemsstaterne samt de bundne toldsatser, som gaelder for varer henhoerende under Traktaten om Oprettelse af Det Europaeiske Kul- og Staalfaellesskab, er fra og med den 1. januar 1988 dem, som er anfoert i Raadets forordning (EOEF) nr. 2658/87 af 23. juli 1987 om Told- og Statistiknomenklaturen og Den Faelles Toldtarif (1).

Article 2

Ovennaevnte nomenklatur og toldsatser fortolkes og anvendes i overensstemmelse med de indledende bestemmelser i Den Kombinerede Nomenklatur (KN), gengivet i bilag I i fornaevnte forordning.

Decision 79/35/ECSC (2) is hereby repealed.

Artikel 2

Article 3

Afgoerelse 79/35/EKSF (2) ophaeves.

Member States shall take all the measures required to implement this Decision.

Artikel 3

Done at Brussels, 18 December 1987.

Medlemsstaterne traeffer alle noedvendige foranstaltninger til gennemfoerelsen af denne afgoerelse.
