Communication pursuant to Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 885/2006 concerning the composition of the Conciliation Body instituted in the context of the clearance of accounts of the EAGF and the EAFRD

1. At his request, the Commission has terminated the term of office of Mr PERRIN as chairman of the Conciliation Body with effect from 1 July 2011.

2. The Commission has nominated Mr BAUMANN as chairman of the Conciliation Body for the period 1 July 2011- 31 July 2011 as well as for the period 1 August 2011- 31 July 2014.

3. The Commission has nominated Mr KEVVAI as member of the Conciliation Body for the period 1 July 2011- 31 July 2011 as well as for the period 1 August 2011- 31 July 2014.

4. The Commission has renewed the term of office as member of the Conciliation Body of Mrs SANCHEZ TRUJILLANO and Mr TREVELYAN for the period 1 August 2011- 31 July 2012.
