On page 4, Section 3, "Database of experts":

for:

"The database of experts established and maintained on the basis of the present call will be valid for the period 2007 — 2009. Applications may be submitted at any time until 30 September 2009, when registration will be closed.

A subsequent database of experts will be established from 2010.",

read:

"The database of experts established and maintained on the basis of the present call will be valid for the period 2007 — 2013. Applications may be submitted at any time until 30 September 2013, when registration will be closed."
