1. The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the basic amount of the fines.

2. The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the increase of the basic amount due to aggravating circumstances.

3. The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the increase of the fine to ensure a sufficient deterrent effect.

4. The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the reductions of the fines based on the 2002 Leniency Notice.

5. The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission on the final amounts of the fines.

6. The Advisory Committee recommends the publication of its opinion in the Official Journal of the European Union.
