Commission communication concerning the extension of the validity of Community guidelines on State aid for environmental protection

The Commission has decided to extend the validity of the current Community guidelines on State aid for environmental protection (published in the Official Journal of the European Communities C 37, 3.2.2001, p. 3) until such time as new guidelines are published or, at any event, until 30 April 2008 at the latest.
